Is this really one-time? No subscription at all?

Yes. You pay the setup fee once, get a bundle of credits, and use them over as many months as you want. When credits run low, you top up with another one-time payment. There is no recurring billing, no auto-charge, and nothing to cancel.

What are credits and how many will I use?

Credits are how we measure usage. A simple message costs 5 credits. A high-reasoning message costs 15. Browser search costs 20. Code execution costs 25. Most users go through 500-1,500 credits a month. Your setup includes enough for three to six months of normal use.

How is the price decided?

Chief calculates it from your four answers — the vertical you pick, the number of specialists you need, the size of your team, and how specific your context is. You see exactly how the number is broken down. No tiers, no upsell. Just one price.

What if I pick the wrong thing?

You can edit your answers any time before you pay. And once you're in, you can add or remove specialists from your team by contacting support — no hidden fees.

Do I need to connect my email or other accounts?

No. Nothing is connected. Your agents work entirely inside x.shoud.online. Your data stays in your account. We do not train models on your conversations.

What about refunds?

Setup fees are non-refundable once your team is created. Credit top-ups are refundable within 7 days, provided none of those credits have been used.
