What we collect

• Your Google account email and display name, via Firebase Auth
• The business type and tasks you selected in the configurator
• Your memory bank — every note, template, or document you add
• Your conversation history with the agents
• Payment details handled by Razorpay. We never see your card number
• Usage data — credits consumed per message, credit balance

How we use it

We use your data to run your agents, retrieve memories when relevant, track your credit balance, and process payments. Your memory bank is only ever read to answer your own messages.

We do not sell your data. We do not train models on your conversations or your memories.

Who we share it with

• Groq — for model inference. Your messages are sent to Groq to generate replies.
• Firebase (Google) — for authentication, database, hosting, and cloud functions.
• Razorpay — for payment processing. We never see your card details.

That is the complete list. No other third party receives your data.

Memory bank

Every memory you add is stored in your account and only used when the agent handling your message needs it. Memories are retrieved by category and keyword. No memory is loaded unless the agent asks for it.

You can delete any memory at any time from the Brain tab. Deleted memories are removed immediately.

Your rights

You can request account deletion at any time by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your profile, your team, your memory bank, and your threads from our database within 30 days.
